MILITARY AND SPORTS GAME “ZHAS ULAN” DEDICATED TO THE VICTORY DAY
In honor of the Victory Day on May 8 at the Lyceum a military-sports game “Zhas Ulan” was organized and held among 6-11 grades. Pupils are divided into six groups (mixed groups of 6-11 grades): “White”, “Red”, “Yellow”, “Blue”, “Burgundy” and “Purple”. During the day, teams competed with each other in agility, strength, endurance, vigilance, cohesion and unity. They passed through various tests, where they showed their sports training and ability to make a decision. Before the start of the game, the captains of each team received route maps with tasks. The first task “The Performance of a Military Song” passed vividly and spectacularly, the children showed their vocal performance and theatrical abilities.
The second task was “Darts”. The guys showed accuracy and concentration.
The third one was the “Obstacle Course”. (To show athletic abilities: jumping with obstacles, crawling over fencing, throwing a disc, jumping over distances).
The fourth one was “Scout Encryption” (in a short time to recover the text hidden in the encryption).
In the fifth “Swamp” they were to pass the dangerous swamp with the whole detachment without losing a single participant).
The sixth one was “Skiing” (it is necessary to overcome a certain distance for a while, showing solidarity and unity in this case).
The seventh was “Rescue” (They were to provide ambulance to a wounded person correctly and quickly).
All the teams coped with the assigned tasks perfectly, showing not only dexterity, speed and courage, but also unity, friendship, the ability to come in time and assist in a difficult situation. The “Yellow” team coped with the task best of all. All participants received certificates.
An interesting and informative game “Zhas Ulan” ended on a positive note.
